Senior consultant and B2E lead
As a senior consultant, Sabrina Stubbs is responsible for developing great working relationships with Magenta’s clients to get under the skin of their business. She loves being creative and presenting innovative ideas so that clients get the most out of their communications, whether internal or external.
Over the past decade, Sabrina has gained valuable B2B, B2C and internal communications experience in-house and with agencies. She began her communications career with clients in the aviation, retail, software and legal services sectors before moving to Sydney to work internally with property management companies and a national charity.
Sabrina has hands-on experience delivering internal communications and employee engagement programmes, from strategy to execution. From focus groups to change communications, to reward and recognition programmes and employee events, Sabrina is passionate about motivating employees, embracing them in the spirit of an organisation and building workplace culture where employees can thrive.
