Magenta is shortlisted at The Property Marketing Awards

We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted at the 2021 Property Marketing Awards in the Best Use of PR (including social media) category.

We have been recognised through our work with Freespace, a workplace technology solution that anonymously captures office space usage to reveal a detailed picture of office occupancy. Our partnership with Freespace began in May 2020.

Our work with Freespace

Freespace’s office occupancy data allows organisations to make informed workplace decisions. In June 2020, it launched a mobile booking application to allow employees to plan and book a safe place to work. It also launched a tech-led workplace social distancing solution and an occupancy-based cleaning solution.

Our objective was to position these solutions in front of key decision makers when it came to planning the return to work. This included HR, facilities management (FM), department heads and business leaders.

Magenta has ensured Freespace has become part of some of the most high-profile debates when it comes to the return to work. In August 2020, its CEO, Raj Krishnamurthy, was featured in the MailOnline and This is Money discussing how workplace sensors can alleviate return to work anxiety fuelled by the pandemic. He was also featured in the Daily Telegraph discussing how sensors can support shared workspaces.

As such, Freespace witnessed a 54.3% increase in website traffic attributed to organic search: the largest spike when Magenta pitched, secured and wrote an article with backlinks in online business publication, Minutehack.
