The role
The executive makes up a key part of Magenta’s client-facing team and has a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the company. Acting in a support capacity for your specific portfolio of clients, you will have a proactive, enthusiastic and detail-oriented approach when it comes to providing day-to-day PR/communications, content and marketing services to your team’s client base, as well as providing research and administrative support to the consultants.
The Recruitment Day
Working both as an individual and with your fellow candidates, you will have the opportunity to really sell yourself, demonstrate your strengths and show us the skills and enthusiasm you can bring. Academic achievements and experience are important but the focus here is on your drive and unleashing your potential.
The recruitment day offers a valuable opportunity to learn more about Magenta, our clients and our sector – a real window into the business you may be starting your career with. During the day you will take part in a series of exercises to assess how you think, interact with others and present yourself. It’s not about coming up with the right answers, we are more interested in seeing how you approach the tasks and work with the team.
We hold the day in our Brighton office (which is designed to accommodate social distancing).
