The 2016 Brands Survey, produced by i-FM.net in partnership with Magenta, has revealed which businesses are considered the leading players in the FM marketplace, who has the strongest brand, and how they are rated by buyers.
In the survey report, Magenta MD Cathy Hayward wrote: ‘As a services-led industry, the need to promote a positive brand image in facilities management is paramount, because no matter how good your overall quality of service, a negative perception can have a detrimental effect.’
The report, which was produced by Magenta, outlines the findings of the survey and draws a number of fascinating conclusions. The FM sector remains very diverse, despite ongoing consolidation in the market; specialist service providers now promoting themselves as integrated services continue to face challenges; and future proofing and innovation are becoming priority objectives.
