We are Magenta Associates, a fast growing communications consultancy for the built environment, and need to find a brilliant new account manager. We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of agency experience, a thirst for learning and a drive to develop new approaches which further thinking within the agency.
You will have a track record of success in a B2B PR and communications agency environment and be ready for a role with more responsibility and chance to develop quickly. Knowledge of the built environment sector would be a benefit.
We all pitch in together to deliver for our clients, so there is no room for egos. We also give our account managers genuine ownership of client relationships, so the buck stops with you. We seek to delight our clients, so you need drive, creativity and an eye for detail.
You will need to show that you understand account management and are a proven self-starter who is happy working on their own initiative, but also as part of a team. In time, you will have the opportunity to manage other members of the team.
